1.1. These regulations discipline the entrance to the Circuit and to the track, as well as the utilisation of the facilities by third parties.
1.2. The tariffs, the schedules and any other direction issued by the management , communicated and/or displayed at the right time in the Circuit, are integral part of these regulations.
1.3. Transgressors of these regulations shall indemnify the persons anyway damaged due to these transgressions., save the exercise by the Motor-racing track of any action at their charge.
1.4. Each damage suffered by the Motor-racing track and its facilities due to persons or vehicles shall be indemnified to the Motor -racing track itself by the responsibilities and/or their insurance companies.
2. Motor-racing track entrance
2.1 The entrance of persons is permitted in the following cases:
a) for the public attending sports competitions, under payment of the ticket and under the norms and tariffs established from time to time;
b) for the persons accompanying the vehicles admitted in the track, under the norms and tariffs relevant to the single cases;
c) for visitors, in the days when no practices, tests or sport competition take place , with the established schedule and tariffs.
2.2 Unaccompanied children under 14 are not admitted. Dogs and other animals are not allowed. Hunting is forbidden inside the circuit under any form.
2.3 The vehicles entrance is permitted in the following cases:
a) for vehicles carrying the public attending sports competition under payment of the ticket for the vehicles and under the norms and tariffs relevant to single cases, holding good that these vehicles shall always stop only in the indicated spots;
b) for vehicles admitted to the track and for those carrying the vehicles themselves , the accessories and the escorts, under the norms and tariffs relevant to single cases, holding good that these vehicles shall always stop only in the indicated spots;
c) for vehicles carrying visitors, under the norms and tariffs established in this case.
2.4 The Rules of the law are in force in the inner roads of the circuit and there is the speed limit of 30 km/h.
2.5 The persons and vehicles admitted to the track must respect flower-beds, crops, trees and facilities; they should not enter enclosures where they are not allowed to, they should respect the traffic rules and the prohibitions signalled inside and follow the directions by the circuit’s staff.
3.1 The track and the other facilities of the circuit can be used only in the periods and the schedules established by the Management, complying with these regulations and paying the relevant tariffs for one of the following purposes:
a) shows ( sports, technical or other shows, competitions or not) and the relevant practices;
b) sports , technical and other tests;
c) tourist circulation, only in absence of competitions/practices, and always complying with the road code.
3.2 The use of the track mentioned in the clause 3.1 can be denied by the Management , in its judgement, without any justification.
3.3 As far as the track utilisation is concerned, the norms of the chapters 4-5-6 are in force.
4. General rules for the track utilisation
4.1. Only tyred vehicles can be admitted on the track.
4.2. There are two different granting conditions for the track utilisation:
a) with exclusive right, with admittance of vehicles of any type and user class (board or private), holding good the limitation of their number according to the clause 4.5 and the observance of these regulations, except for chapter 5;
b) without exclusive right, with admittance of vehicles concerned with one or more users, with the limitation of number, type and class in the Management judgement and holding good the observance of these regulations.
4.3. The persons on the vehicles admitted on track are prohibited to get out the vehicles and to walk on the track, except for the concrete strip before the refuelling pits.
4.4. The admittance on track is subordinate to the undersigning by the applicant of a suitable liability release declaration for the Motor-racing track and of a declaration of observance engagement for these regulations and of the due tariff payment. An Identification document and the driving license, issued at least one solar year before, shall be shown. The drivers must be over 18. .
4.5. The number of vehicles, that can run at the same time on track will be fixed from time to time by the Management.
4.6. helmets are compulsory for drivers and passengers of open-top vehicles or sport/racing cars, as well as for motorcycle drivers.
4.7. If the management displays the stop-signal (red flag/red lights) anywhere on the track, the vehicles running on track shall stop there immediately. They shall also comply with any other Management order or direction.
5. Special norms for the track utilisation without exclusive right
5.1. The road code is in force on the track, holding good further directions in these regulations.
5.2. The vehicles must run clockwise. It is absolutely forbidden to enter the track in a dangerous way, to invert the running and to run in the opposite direction, even for a small distance. It is also forbidden to go into reverse.
5.3. Speed Competition or bets are forbidden.
5.4. To stop on the track is forbidden, if the vehicle forcefully stops, it shall be pushed on the right verge out of the track, or in the inner verge if it is a bend.
5.5. Possible refuelling or repairs shall be made outside the track, save the granting of a box by the Management, under the conditions it has settled.
6.1. Sports Competitions can take place during working days and holidays.
6.2. The entrance of the spectators shall be disciplined according to the norms agreed by the Organizers.
6.3. Besides the track, the Organizers are granted the use of the other required facilities, according to agreements settled from time to time.
6.4. The service enclosure access shall be limited to the strictly necessary staff (competitors, drivers, mechanics, representatives of technical and sports services, etc.) equipped with the necessary marks.
6.5. The Organizers shall arrange and previously exhibit the authorisations required by the relevant sports and administrative authorities.
6.6. The Competition procedures shall be previously submitted to the Management that reserves the right to impose the adoption - at the Organiser’s charge - of those measures that it will deem necessary in its judgement for the circuit safety
and honour as well as to arrange directly - at the Organiser’s charge - for the whole or part of the services.
6.7. Besides these Regulations, the sports competitions are subject to the regulations of the sports codes and regulations of the respective federations.
7.1. The practices shall normally take place in the opening days of the circuit settled by the Management.
7.2. The public entrance, except for different agreement only in case of track use in exclusive right , shall be disciplined by the Management.
7.3. According to the nature of the practices, the vehicle type and the users’ wishes , the track use can be granted in exclusive right (chapter 4.2)( or without exclusive right (chapter 4.2.b).
7.4. The track exclusive right is compulsory in the cases where - in the Management judgement - the nature of the practices or the vehicle type are incompatible with the regulations of the chapter 5, or if they are such to involve the track cluttering or in any case to make the use for the other vehicles difficult or dangerous.
7.5. When the practices take place without the exclusive right of the track, the vehicle admittance, regarding the type and number, is regulated by the Management according to the requirements of the practice itself and of the safety.
7.6. The use of other facilities involves the payment of the expected additional tariffs.
8.1. The tourist circulation can take place in the days and schedule defined by the Management.
8.2. The use of the track is subject to the presentation of documents proving the qualification of the road circulation.
8.3. On each vehicle admitted on track only the number of persons corresponding to the seats indicated on the log-book cab carried out. On two-wheeled motorbikes the driver only is admitted.
8.4. Private cars and motorbikes will be allowed to run on track with the possible limitations of type and number settled by the Management.
8.5. The admittance on track of persons accompanying the vehicle , besides the carried ones, is forbidden.
8.6. For the circulation on track the regulations of chapters nr. 4 and 5 are valid.
8.7. It is absolutely forbidden to all the people using the track to compete together.
9.1. The compensation for the entrance and the use of the facilities is indicated in the suitable tariff table. In case of events and relevant practices, the economic conditions will be determined from time to time according to the character , the duration and the importance of the events themselves. , and according to the required services.
9.2. The track can be previously engaged for a determined period only under the condition of exclusive right.
9.3. The engagement of the track and other facilities shall be required with suitable notice and shall be binding for the circuit only after the payment of an advance equal to 50 % of the renting tariff and to 50 % of the possible amounts for other services.
9.4. The utilisation of the track and of the facilities for a period exceeding the engaged one involves - besides the authorisation of the Management, - the payment of the compensation for the exceeding time.
9.5. In case of failed or partial utilisation of the track due to bad weather conditions, to other force majeure causes and to any case due to Motor-racing track, the user shall pay only the amount corresponding to the real duration of the utilisation and the possible expenses effectively charged to the Motor-racing track. On his side, the user shall have no right to any indemnity.
9.6. The payment of the compensation will take place before the start of the utilisation of the track and the facilities, except for the balance at the end of the utilisation itself.
