Alonso (Ferrari F2012) is the fastest in the fourth day of first F1 test session of the year. The spaniard made 39 laps the best of them in 1.18,877.
Scuderia Ferrari, in four days, run for 270 laps for a total of 1195.56 km.
Rosberg the fastest in Jerez
The fastest in Jerez is Nico Rosberg (Mercedes). The german, with the car of 2011, made 1'17''613 as his best laptimei. Behins him Lotus with Romain Grosjean (1'18''419), la Red Bull of the world champion Vettel (1'19''297). Fourth the McLaren-Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton (1'19''464); fifth Toro Rosso with Jean-Eric Vergne (1'19''734), Sauber with Sergio Perez (1'19''770). Ferrari F2012 with Alonso is seventh in front of Williams with Bruno Senna (1'21''293) and Caterham of Van der Garde (1'23''324). The laptimes are unofficial.
First test for Alonso in Jerez
Fernando Alonso discovered the new Ferrari at his first day of testing in Jerez. The spaniard made 67 laps, most of them at constant speed and with the car full of sensors. His best time was 1.20,412. The car was into the pit for 90 minutes because of an hydraulic problem. The test session will go on until tomorrow and Alonso drive F2012 tomorrow, too.

Deleted the week end 4-5 february activity - New changes to sports calendar
A causa dell'ondata di maltempo accompagnata da temperature polari che in questi giorni si è abbattuta sulla nostra penisola, siamo costretti ad annullare le date di prove libere auto in programma per sabato 4 e domenica 5 febbraio. Il calendario di prove in programma presso l'autodromo subirà altre modifiche: le giornate di sabato 11 e domenica 12 febbraio verranno dedicato interamente alle 4 ruote, con due giornate di test dedicate ai team e ai privati con sessioni separate fra auto stradali e da competizione. Le prime prove libere di moto (originariamente previste per domenica 12 febbraio) saranno spostate a domenica 19 febbraio.
