The australian rider Casey Stoner repeats the pole position of the final race of the season and yesterday afternoon he went round in a best time of 1’32.660. Jorge Lorenzo, second, is very close and we can say the same for Valentino Rossi who rolled out a new prototype M1 on which he completed 37 laps, recording a best time which left him just 0.166s down on Stoner’s time. In the first day of the test session of Valencia Marco Simoncelli, Álvaro Bautista, Héctor Barberá, Hiroshi Aoyama made his debut on the top class bikes. Of the upcoming 250cc riders, Simoncelli was the fastest on day one of the test, completing 51 laps. The test session will stop after tomorrow. The official lap times of yesterday.1.
